Talent Management Leader
Global energy industry company based in Houston and listed on the NYSE is seeking a high potential Human Resources professional to join its team of talented professionals as Talent Management Leader. Client offers an excellent environment where HR thinking and judgment is valued as a true contributor to operations.

Will lead Talent Management activities in the areas of Performance Management, High Potential Employee Identification, Succession Planning, Development and Talent Acquisition. The candidate must possess direct knowledge of how a corporate recruiting program is managed for success with the right people, processes and systems. The client strongly favors good HR thought leaders with practical know-how to get things done, project management skills and potential for advancement, so a professional with these characteristics and at least 7 years experience will be a highly attractive candidate.

Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of Human Resource generalist experience
• Additional 4+ years experience in Talent Management and Acquisition
• 2+ years of Supervisory experience
• A hands-on style of leadership to lead a talented team of 4-6 professionals
• Previous experience in a public company with a progressive HR program
• Preference for experience in the energy industry
• Collaborative approach with history of building successful relationships with stakeholders
• HR Project initiatives and management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus, HR professional credentials a plus
