Position has overall responsibility for monitoring incoming division orders and analyzing various related documents to determine ownership interest for the release of revenue and maintenance of accurate internal records.


The essential duties of the Senior Division Order Analyst position are to monitor incoming division orders and analyze related documents to determine ownership interest, for the release of revenue and create/maintain accurate internal records. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.


Responsible to the Land Manager for the following

· Analyze title through a variety of related land documents, including field work as needed.

· Lead in the creation & maintenance of accurate ownership interest records.

· Issue division orders for disbursement of revenue.

· Monitor incoming division orders for release of revenue and/or any change in ownership.

· Review all inquiries from interest owners.

· Liaison with Accounting, Marketing and operating departments.

· Able to work independently or with little or no supervision

· Proficiency in P-2 Division Order Module (Oracle-based software) preferred.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Proficiency with Quorum land database system and Microsoft SharePoint preferred.

- Prefer 8 - 12 years direct experience as a Division Order Analyst

- Degree is preferred, but will substitute for right experience
