Human Resources, (Compliance & Organization) - Strong Excel Required & Strong Customer Service Skill

Primary responsibilities will include:
*compliance and reporting
*gathering and analyzing HR data
*reviewing and scheduling professional training programs
*analyzing processes for improvements
*special projects
*organizational review and assessment

To qualify for this role you must have:
*very strong Excel skills required for the heavy reporting work associated with this role
*2-4 years previous work experience in a similar role
*4 year college degree and prefer degree in organizational development or human resources
*excellent communication skills and customer focused attitude

Salary - $75,000.00 - $80,000.00/year plus generous annual bonus to 20%, exceptional 401K (co contributes 10%), superior benefits, paid parking, flex hours, Fortune 500 energy company
