Human Resources - Sr Data Analyst
The HR Data Analyst we seek for this progressive and growing HR organization will have the opportunity to organize and build a contemporary HR data collection and retrieval process. The Analyst will use the process to analyze data, identify trends, develop reports and make recommendations to the HR leadership team. This newly created role is integral to achieving the mission of HR to deliver on the company’s commitment to its people, and sustainable growth because of its people.

Candidate profile includes…

• Knowledge of Human Resources’ mission, functions and factors for success in a sophisticated HR organization
• Several years of experience as an HR Analyst in a publicly held company
• Strong analytical acumen to make sense of the data, understand its implications for trends and the ability to develop reports essential to HR leadership decisions and planning
• A passion for data collection, storing, retrieval and integrity
• Well-skilled in the use and capabilities of software and data base applications such as Excel including Macros, Pivot tables, dynamic graphs, PowerPoint, Oracle and Access
• Demonstratable Project Management skills
• A self-starter, self-directed, collaborative, and intuitive work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or General Business
• Advanced degree a plus, but not required
