Director/Head of Oil Trading
Exceptional career opportunity for the accomplished oil trader to join large, international firm in a management leadership capacity. You will enjoy an outstanding base and bonus program, and superior benefits. Please read carefully the following detailed job description.

• Create and manage short/long term oil trading strategies within the approved limit to generate revenue and establish the Americas oil trading business.
• Take a leading role in recruiting and running desk as manager.
• Manage physical/derivatives trading and physical operation.
• Focus primarily on US crude/condensate trading, as well as Canadian/Central/South American crude and product trading.
• Enhance the Company's Global Oil trading activity with the Americas business opportunities co-working with other desks.
• Contribute to develop the Americas oil trading team organization, including personnel training and human resource management.
• Gather market information, obtain business development/investment opportunities, evaluate and prepare trading strategy recommendation to the management and global team.
• Assist internal departments (Risk, Accounting, Legal, etc.) to strengthen the business management and internal control.
• Any other duties as directed by Company.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Undergraduate degree minimum required.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of US crude oil and/or international crude trading experience required.
• Minimum 5 (five) years of team leading experience required.
• Product trading experience is a plus.

Salary
$225,000.00 - $250,000.00/year
