Searching for the well experienced Compensation Professional (CCP, preferred), with bilingual skills (Spanish/English) who also possesses a solid HR Generalist background. This is an exciting career opportunity within the Human Resources organization of a Fortune 500 energy company. Requires 35% travel (domestic and international). Please read carefully the following summary.

• Responsible for directing, designing, overseeing and implementing the compensation (both salary and incentive), benefit, payroll plans, HR cost control and other HR activities.
• Gives direction and management guidance to resources in the compensation.
• Assures that Company compensation programs are consistently administered in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision, and in compliance with Company policies, guidelines and government regulations.
• Directs the development and implementation of new or revised compensation programs, policies and procedures.
• Maintains personal contacts with external resources including consultants, external peers, and brokers, to obtain information regarding competitive, legal, and industry changes in order to align the compensation, benefit and payroll programs with best practices, guidelines and government regulations.

Candidate profile:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant degree.
• Master’s degree preferred
• CCP certification preferred
• Strong and proven analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• 10 plus years of compensation and HR Generalist functions.
• Knowledge of expatriate payroll & tax administration helpful.
• Knowledge of international mobility.
• Knowledge of job evaluation systems.
• Manpower & Planning Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications with expert Excel capabilities
