Chemical Process Development Engineer – Mining and Technology – Southwest USA
This is an exciting opportunity for the Engineer with 0-3 year’s experience, a strong drive and creative talent to develop new processes. Key Deliverables Include

• Develop processes from the lab to pilot plant and execute scale-up to production.
• Perform research of existing technology, processes and products.
• Develops and communicates cost, benefit and risk information on processes and products
• Coordinates with manufacturing personnel on implementation of processes.
• Use project management techniques to schedule and track process development work.
• Execute process safety and risk management programs.

Background Requirements

• B.S. Chemical Engineering or Inorganic Chemistry with a minimum GPA of 3.2 from an ACS certified institution.
• 0 – 3 years experience in process and/or product development.
• Knowledge of pilot plant development and scale-up processes and scale up to production.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship
