LNG Commercial Rep - Need 2-5 Yrs, Open Due To Growth, Fortune 500 Producer
This is a newly created position open due to growth of the LNG business of this Fortune 500 producer. It is a directed hire role with strong preference to staff the position as soon as possible. Please read the following carefully and qualified candidates are invited to apply immediately.

SUMMARY:
The LNG Scheduling Rep will be responsible for managing scheduling and commercial aspects of company's LNG tolling business, including planning of LNG loading schedule and feed gas schedule, conducting commercial analysis, administering contracts, and managing contractual obligations in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the LNG delivery (Annual Delivery Program; ADP) schedule, evaluation of the ADP, Ninety Day Schedule (NDS) and daily scenarios from the scheduling, inventory and commercial.
• Evaluate the effect of the NDS and daily change requests on the cost and price of LNG cargoes.
•LNG Marketing team in optimization of LNG cargo schedule by analyzing impact on the tolling fees, feed gas costs.
• Manage Operator scheduling and nominations system (including LNG nominations, inventory/energy balance, LNG production management, reports, uploading of necessary cargo documents, etc.)
• Liaise with Operator commercial team and other tolling customers for scheduling and commercial issues.
• Liaise with internal company gas trading team for commercial issues.
• Coordinate scheduling and commercial issues with other tolling customers.
• Support administration of contractual obligations and requirements under Liquefaction Tolling Agreement (LRTA)
• Idle liquefaction capacity management (e.g. minimum feed gas management, surplus LNG management), coordination with other customers and CLNG.
• LNG and gas inventory management, schedule coordination with CLNG and other customers.
• Support review of the project daily and monthly reports.
• Budget planning, cost analysis and reporting of actuals.
• Liaise with internal operations team on scheduling and commercial matters.
• Ad Hoc projects, reporting, and other duties as assigned by manager.

Experience Required:
* 2 - 5 years overall experience in the global LNG and shipping industry
* 1 - 2 years in the scheduling/commercial operations in tanker products (LNG, oil, or related commodities strongly preferred
* Experience in handling tolling, sales, and/or purchasing agreements of LNG or natural gas strongly preferred


Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or engineering (will substitute exceptional;y strong experience for education if experience matches well under above category for Experience Required.
